Kyushu Pancake

Immensely popular in Japan and Taiwan before its debut in Singapore in 2016, Kyushu Pancake’s Novena store has been serving plate after plate of fluffy goodness in the form of sweet and savoury pancakes, French toast and waffles. Its pancakes, toast and waffles are made from a high quality pancake flour mix that combines seven types of the finest grains grown in seven different regions within the Kyushu province, and are free from emulsifiers, artificial fragrances, additives and processed starch. Many of the accompanying syrups for the pancakes, toast and waffles are made in-house—the popular white wine honey is made with wildflowers and the fruit syrup is made daily from fresh fruits. Their dreamy menu items are the perfect way to recharge or perhaps to treat yourself during the afternoon hours. The cafe also serves interesting beverages such as the Dorayaki Smoothie, which tastes even better than the actual red bean pancake. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm, every Monday to Sunday.
