No need to worry about piling on the calories this Mid-Autumn, because Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium’s Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant has come up with two new low-sugar snowskin flavours that are just as delicious as their full-sugar counterparts. The Low Sugar Red Lotus Seed Paste with Peanut Praline Snowskin is like fragrant and smooth peanut butter. The other must-try is a fruity Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Banana Apricot Praline. The natural sweetness of the banana is combined with the faint tartness of apricots, delighting one’s tastebuds without the aftertaste of guilt.

A mainstay of their snowskin collection is the Xin’s Peranakan Durian Snowskin Mooncake, with luxurious durian filling encased in soft skin coloured using the Blue Pea flower. Other returning flavours include the Green Tea Lotus Seed Paste with Baileys Cream Praline, Pandan White Lotus Seed Paste with Champagne Praline and Passion Fruit Paste with Plum.
