Utilizing fresh, authentic flavours from curated, unique and quality-driven ingredients, Chef Heidi Flanagan has crafted set menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve featuring Acquerello Aged Risotto and Pan-Seared Halibut at Origin Grill.

At The Line, it’s a festive buffet spread with perennial favourites and options for the whole family: such as Roasted Turkey, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Lobster Coconut Curry, and a Macaroon Tower that will be sure to delight the young ones. There’ll also be a live BBQ carving station, where highlights such as the Rosemary-scented Iberico pork chops and lamb chops will grilled.

Can’t travel out of Singapore this Christmas, but still crave a different Christmas cuisine? NAMI, Shang Palace, The Waterfall are all waiting for you. NAMI presents this festive meal with a Japanese gastronomic indulgence, a seven-course Surf and Turf set menu. Following the Japanese Christmas tradition, the start of a traditional Japanese New Year is completed with a bowl of Toshikoshi Soba to signify the end of hardships and a fresh slate of the new year. At Shang Palace, delicacies such as Partridge Broth with Bird Nest and Foie Gras are implemented into their seven-course meal as well as Wok-fried Diced Wagyu Beef. Satiate your craving for authentic Southern Italian dishes at The Waterfall with a Pistachio and Mustard Crusted Lamp Chop with Montresor Amarone Gravy or a sauteed prawns perched on Prawn Bisque Cavatelli.

The Countdown

The celebrations continue post-Christmas, as you usher in the New Year at a masquerade party at The Lobby Lounge. Six-piece showband, “The Countdown” will be belting out energetic renditions of top Billboard hits, while a DJ will be spinning across multiple genres to keep the dancefloor busy. Make your countdown party one to remember with their premium Platinum table package for ten persons. $9,888nett gets you a bottle of Louis XIII, two bottles of KRUG Champagne, a bottle of Grey Goose and a premium seafood platter of caviar, lobsters, scallops and prawns.
