Set against the calming backdrop of the pool, St. Regis Singapore’s LaBrezza offers up a more relaxed way to celebrate Mother’s Day. Chef de cuisine Armando Aristarco has come up with a specially curated five-course degustation menu for lunch and dinner ($108 per pax), with plates such as Carnaroli Risotto with Saffron and Braised Beef Cheek, and Pan-seared Atlantic Black Cod with Purple Potato Mash and Brown Anchovy-Lemon Sauce. This menu will be available only on 13 May 18, for lunch and dinner.
St. Regis Singapore’s Remède Spa is also offering a 20% discount for all gift card purchases in the month of May, and will feature a special Mother’s Day greeting printed on the certificate.

Racines at Sofitel City Centre is celebrating Mother’s Day in style with its Magnifique Sunday Family Brunch (from $108 per adult, $58 per child), which features a spread of French, international, and local Chinese delicacies. Diners can look forward to enjoying live stations featuring Maine lobsters, foie gras, fresh abalone, and premium cuts of lamb. Order off the menu, and you will find highlights like Pan-fried Foie Gras served with Apricot Compote, Herb-roasted Black Angus Ribs, Lobster Thermidor topped with Flambé Crustacean, freshly shucked seasonal oysters, and caviar served with classic condiments. It’s a lot to stomach, but save some room for dessert, because Racines’ acclaimed patisserie is whipping up a rich Chocolate Moelleux, baked a la minute.
And Racines is upping the ante by giving every mother who are accompanied by her spouse and family the royal treatment: brunch on the house! She will also be presented with a sweet treat specially crafted by Pastry Chef Sam Leong. Escape from humdrum city life by making a trip down to Thai establishment Blue Jasmine, which boasts a seven-course Mother’s Day Menu ($25 per pax) “en-thai-rely” for Mum and you. This lunch menu celebrates the spirit of sharing, with dishes such as the Fresh Rice Paper Roll with Prawns and Avocado, Esarn Roast Kampong Chicken with Smoked Chilli Sauce, and Crabmeat Fried Rice with Pineapple and Cashew Nut, all served in sharing portions (recommended for up to four guests each). Finish off your meal with Chilled Red Ruby with Jackfruits and Coconut Milk – a traditional Thai Dessert that might also be one of Mum’s favourite nostalgic treats.
Blue Jasmine will also be gifting all mums with hand-strung Phuang Malai; these are Thai floral garlands which are often given for good luck. The meal will be available exclusively on Mother’s Day, 13 May 18.
